Scott T. Coleman, Esq.

Scott Coleman was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Scott attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where he graduated in May of 1998 with a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. After graduation, Scott attended Marine Corps Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Quantico, Virginia. Successfully navigating the rigors of Marine officer training, Scott was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in August of 1998. He proudly began his service in the Marine Corps infantry with First Battalion, Eighth Marine Regiment (1/8), in Camp LeJeune, North Carolina. He deployed overseas as a part of the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit in November of 2000. He was involved in numerous field operations in Southern Europe, North Africa, and the Balkans. Scott left active service in February of 2002 as a First Lieutenant and later obtained the rank of Captain in the Individual Ready Reserve.

Scott received his juris doctor from Regent University School of Law in May of 2009. Beyond his license to practice law, Scott also has an active real estate license. Scott currently resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In his spare time, he enjoys playing pickleball, golfing, and surfing
